2014 Klingenberg Spätburgunder trocken Churfranken, Terra1261, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Slightly murky, light ruby colour. Firm, fairly deep, rather tart nose, slightly spicy, fairly prominent mineral notes, red and a few black berries, some cigar tobacco, juniper, moderate oak, some dried flowers, fairly prominent mineral notes. Clear, polished, tart, fairly firm fruit on the palate, still largely undeveloped, yeasty, earthy and mineral notes, light smoky oak, elegant acid bite, fairly prominent integrated tannins, firm grip, good substance and persistence, good depth, some more yeast, tobacco and prominent mineral notes om a very good, firm, tart, juicy finish.
