Clearly vegetal and a hint of smoky aroma with restrained pome fruit notes and tobacco traces. Clear, ripe, quite juicy fruit, very fine acidity, celery and some kohlrabi on the palate, light grip, good persistence, hint of sweetness and a certain mellowness, nutty and smoky traces, light mineral notes, good to very good, again sweetish-juicy finish.

Editor note: Vegetal to slightly herbaceous, also a hint of ethereal pomaceous fruit aroma with a hint of celery, nutty traces and hints of yellow spice. Quite juicy, not completely dry fruit with rather unusual stone fruit and citrus notes for Silvaner, slightly smoky in the background, vegetal to herbaceous tones, delicately nutty, good persistence, some grip, chalky hints, salt, a hint of seaweed, good to very good finish.
