Firm, quite deep, somewhat nutty and yeasty pomaceous fruit nose with distinctly vegetal aromas, especially reminiscent of root vegetables, a little mushroom, hints of bacon, delicate coffee and light oak tones. Ripe, firm, tart fruit, certain melting and calm juice, again nutty and coffee-spicy wood flavours, fine vegetal tones on the palate, salt and chalk in the background, delicately smoky notes, a little parsley and a hint of butter, certain depth, very good, firm, tart, melting and spicy finish.
