2022 Randersacker Marsberg Silvaner Beerenauslese, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Partly preserved and dried pomaceous fruit on the nose, with fine vegetal aromas slightly reminiscent of celery, some parsley root and hints of yellow spice. Juicy, very sweet, partly dried and candied fruit with lively, fine acidity, persistent on the palate, a hint of honey, floral and vegetal nuances, again some celery and parsley, a little yellow spice, persistent on the palate, quite concentrated, mineral hints, very fine zest bitterness, still little developed, good depth, very good, firm, sweet and juicy finish with grip and acidity.
