Clearly vegetal nose with yellow fruity and somewhat mushroomy aromas, a little protein and hints of yellow spice. Sweet-tart fruit with vegetal, smoky, nutty and again quite clearly mushroomy aromas, lively acidity and noticeable, somewhat sandy-drying tannin, buttery traces on the palate, good substance and persistence, chalky-earthy tones, some carbonic acid, good to very good finish with salt.

Best to drink: Ende 2023 bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
