Tart, cool, clearly herbal and also chalky aroma with restrained, very bright yellow-fruity aromas and floral traces. Ripe, somewhat melting fruit, very fine acidity and a hint of sweetness, slightly nutty, also yeasty, vegetal and hints of yellow-spicy aromas, chalky-salty minerality, persistent on the palate, good to very good, fine-juicy, again chalky finish with herbal and nutty tones.
