Firm, tart and dense on the nose, with fine vegetal aromas and restrained yellow fruity tones, hints of bacon, fine mushroom hints as well as floral, waxy and herbal traces. Ripe, melting, restrained fruit, very fine acidity, vegetal to mulchy aromas, a hint of citrus zest, good substance and persistence, hints of mint and parsley in the background, delicately smoky, tobacco and nutty barrel tones, clear minerality, uncompromising, yet completely unpretentious style, has depth, very good, firm, tart, somewhat smoky finish with grip.
