2020 Randersacker Marsberg Silvaner trocken Alte Reben, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Fine vegetal and delicately smoky aroma with cabbage notes, restrained stone fruit aromas and a little mushroom. Ripe, very dry fruit with clearly vegetal flavours, fine acidity marbling the wine and some grip, nutty hints, a touch of partly dried mushrooms, umami, fine salty-chalky minerality, hints of smoke, persistent, some depth, very good, tight finish with fine grip, tart spice and pull.
