Firm, somewhat herbal and a little floral citrus and stone fruit scent. On the palate quite firm, juicy, sweet fruit, very fine acidity, delicate grip, yeasty, floral and herbal nuances, a little apple-like tones, persistent, some depth, quite distinct minerality, very good, tight, juicy finish
