2019 Randersacker Ewig-Leben Spätburgunder trocken Blanc de Noir, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Somewhat nutty, vegetal and a hint of bacon aroma with yellow fruity notes and hints of legumes. Calm, somewhat melting fruit, again nutty and a little vegetal aromas, moderate acidity, very delicate tannin, typical mushroom tones on the palate, not completely dry style, some warmth, mineral hints in the background, good to very good finish
