Clear red and a little black berry nose with dried herbal to herbaceous aromas, some alcohol warmth and a hint of onions. Tart fruit with some smoky, slightly bitterish wood flavours, fine sandy tannin, salt in the background, dried-herbal and hinted oniony tones, good to very good, alcohol warm and a little bitterish-woody finish.
