2016 Randersacker Sonnenstuhl Blaufränkisch trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Somewhat tobacco and slightly woody aroma of black and red berries with dried floral and a little herbal aromas. Tart, smoky-roasty and quite juicy in the mouth, bitter-chocolate notes, some coffee, fine sandy, quite present tannin, persistent, some power, tobacco and peppery nuances, good to very good, quite firm, a hint drying finish.
