Tart, fairly firm nose, prominent vegetal notes, restrained yellow and green fruit, floral traces, peppery traces, earthy and mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, polished, tart fruit on the palate, fresh vegetal and herbaceous aromas, hint of white pepper, very elegant acidity, persistent, full-bodied, but also quite elegant, some depth, touch of lime, clear contours and some bite, very delicate nutty traces, very good, clear, fairly firm, cool, juicy finish.
