Slightly floral, vegetal and somewhat bacony citrus nose with smoky, light oak notes and a hint of root vegetables. Citrus-accentuated fruit and again light wood in the mouth, vegetal and hinted floral notes, lively acidity, some grip, smoky tones, certain persistence, hints of lemon zest, a tiny trace of carbonic acid, hints of mushrooms, not too deep, good to very good, slightly lemony finish.

Editor note: Nutty, woody and a little buttery aroma with pome fruit and citrus aromas as well as slightly planty tones. Tart, citrusy fruit with planty, nutty and again light woody notes, still a trace of yeast, quite present acidity and slightly sandy tannin, certain persistence and power, salty hints in the background, a little green apple, good to very good finish with a lot of bite, slightly noticeable alcohol and again noticeable tannin.
