2021 Gündelbach Wachtkopf trocken Rosé "Fumé", Württemberg, Germany

Rooty and mushroomy nose with very restrained red fruity aromas and a hint of bacon. Lean, tart fruit with a little dried-vegetable to tobacco and hints of pepper, quite present acidity, nutty and vegetal hints, green beans in the background, still very slightly drying tannin, quite good, a little smoky finish.
