Wood spicy, slightly smoky to sooty scent of mixed berries and cherries with dry herb notes and slightly spicy tones. Ripe, juicy, tart fruit, smoky and a little sooty and roasted wood spice, a touch of pepper and again dry herbs, good substance and sustainability, a hint of bacon, very good, juicy and spicy finish
