Cool, bright, slightly smoky, nutty and somewhat planty to herbaceous nose with pomaceous and stone fruit notes and a hint of meadow flowers. Youthful, juicy, delicately sweetish fruit with still yeasty notes, lively acidity, has some grip, a certain persistence, salty tones, good finish with a hint of citrus zest.
