Firm, smoky and slightly nutty aroma with yellow-fruity and clearly fine-vegetable aromas, floral tones, herbs, a little yellow spice and a hint of bacon. Ripe, tangy, tightly knit, dense fruit, smoky and slightly toasty wood aromas, very fine, quite lively acidity and plenty of grip of friable tannin, yellow spice, a little mustard pickle, has power, substance and some depth, still young, mushroomy and bacony nuances, very good, slightly warm and melting finish with a touch of butter.
