Firm, slightly developed, tart, nutty and slightly barrel-toned aroma with calm yellow-fruity flavours as well as a little rose and lavender. Rather calm fruit on the palate too, very fine, subtle acidity, slightly nutty and dried vegetal flavours, certain barrel tones, chalky-salty minerality, good persistence, sweetish core, fleshy traces, persistent, very unique style, sweetish-tart, fairly mineral finish with phenolic grip.
