Firm, tart, slightly tobacco aroma of predominantly black berries with fleshy-animal tones, some pepper, iodine, paprika and wild mushrooms. Ripe, tightly knit, tangy fruit, smoky and slightly peppery tones, again a hint of animal, present, fine sandy tannin and some bite, a little pepper in the background, some warmth but also cooling ethereal notes, good to very good, tangy, smoky and again ethereal-spicy finish with a hint of soot.
