Firm, nutty and slightly smoky aroma with pome fruit accentuated yellow fruity aromas, some citrus and floral nuances. Youthful, undeveloped fruit with tart smoky and nutty tones, fine acidity, grip of crumbly tannin, bacony nuances in the background, vegetal and earthy to mineral tones, good persistence, firm structure, very good, rather tart finish, only also with very slightly sweet melting
