Light, cloudy old gold. Rather restrained, firm, slightly yeasty, floral, mushroomy and dried herbal scent of ripe yellow fruits with a hint of melon and nuances reminiscent of egg white. Quite polished, firm fruit with a slight acid bite, some red currant and a hint of laurel, noticeable grip of ripe tannin, good persistence, resin and meadow flowers in the background, salty minerality, very good, grippy and animating finish.
