Bright old gold. Yeasty, light vegetal and yellow-spicy scent of ripe yellow fruits with a little woody spice, floral nuances and a hint of bacon. Taut, tangy-juicy fruit with lots of yeast, nutty and vegetable tones and clear, light minerality, noticeable touch of ripe tannin, fine acidity, cool style, still a little angular, lasting, good substance, very good, tart, handy, yeasty and very mineral finish
