Firm and quite deep, clearly yeasty, also nutty and somewhat dried-herbal pome fruit scent with mushroomy and smoky traces. Tart, juicy, almost cool fruit, nutty, dried-herbal to herbaceous and delicately red-berry tones, medium-fine perlage, noticeable acid bite and some tannic grip, persistent on the palate, a touch peppery, bone-dry style, very good, again grippy finish.
