Relatively cool, delicate, somewhat floral, almondy and vegetal to herbaceous nose, light yellow fruit with a hint of mussel shells. Clear, cool and finely juicy, not completely dry fruit with nuances reminiscent of star fruit, lively, yet fine acidity, delicate grip, some persistence, salty minerality, a hint of aniseed, very good, animating finish with a hint of light flowers.
