Cool, polished, finely vegetal and still slightly yeasty nose with quite noble citrus aromas, some pome fruit, nutty notes and light wood tones. Pure, polished, finely juicy fruit, again light, nutty and delicately vanilla wood notes and some yeast, very fine acidity, persistent on the palate, elegant style, yet with inner strength, mineral and delicately vegetal tones in the background, good depth, still undeveloped, very good firm finish with rather cool juice, fine spice and persistence.
