2022 Pinot Noir trocken "Kollektion Anna Marie", Baden, Germany

Firm, tart, somewhat smoky to bacony and finely vegetal nose, blue and a little red berries, hint of roast stock with cherry nuances, beetroot and pepper. Tart, quite firm, rather cool fruit, vegetal, herbaceous, peppery and delicately smoky notes, beetroot again on the palate, a hint of raw tuna, fine, youthful tannins, a certain acid bite, wasabi and seaweed in the background, chalky-salty minerality, persistent, some depth, very good finish.
