2022 Leimen Herrenberg Grauburgunder VDP.Grosses Gewächs trocken "Oberklam", Baden, Germany

Firm, somewhat smoky, nutty and vegetal to dried herbaceous nose, pomaceous and stone fruit, hint of bacon, light oak, fennel and hints of dried mushrooms. Polished, slightly warm fruit with a slightly sweetish melt, fine acidity, has grip, good persistence, salty and almost stony minerality, somewhat spicy wood notes and clear vanilla in the background, very good finish with slightly peppery hints.
