Relatively cool, somewhat vegetal to herbal, nutty and slightly mushroomy nose with light yellow fruity aromas, a hint of fine root vegetables and bacon. Polished, firm, tart-juicy fruit with delicately creamy, slightly nutty and spicy oak notes and a hint of dark berries, lively acidity, has some grip, good substance and persistence, hints of nut butter in the background, salty and almost stony minerality, very good, very slightly roasted finish with a certain tension.

Best to drink: 2025-2029+. What our ratings mean
