Herbal-vegetable, nutty and floral, tart yellow-fruity and also slightly yellow-spicy aroma with smoky aromas, a hint of bacon and earthy tones.Firmly knitted, ripe, juicy fruit, clearly nutty wood aromas, fine acidity and some grip, some power and melting, lasting, slightly smoky and toasty, quite clear minerality, tart spicy hints, very good, slightly warm, quite firm, a little sweetish-melty and woody finish

Reife, saftige Frucht m Mund, etwas rauchiges und tabakiges Holz, feine vegetabile bis leicht kräuterige Aromen, lebendige Säure, mürber Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, griffig und recht kräftig, aber auch mit feinem Biss, im Hintergrund Mineralik, zart süßlicher Schmelz, sehr guter, saftiger und würziger Abgang.
