Cloudy ochre to straw yellow in colour. Floral and almondy-nutty aroma of citrus fruit and zest with pomaceous fruit, some nutmeg and hints of butter and yellow spice. Slightly smoky in the mouth, yeasty, nutty and somewhat vegetal, reminiscent of chives and parsley, floral and nutmeg aromas on the palate, medium-fine perlage, some phenolic grip, certain persistence, bread-like notes, good to very good, grippy and yeasty-spicy finish with a hint of sea buckthorn, butter and slight sweetness.
