Nutty and delicately smoky aroma with warm yellow fruit and a hint of vegetal notes, fennel, suggested root vegetables, and a touch of anise. Bitter, relatively firm fruit with lively acidity and a grip of ripe tannins, smoky, nutty, and slightly roasted tones, quite dense and persistent on the palate, a hint of black berries, very slight wood bitterness, ethereal nuances, with salt in the background, very good, bitter finish.

Editor note: Firm, relatively restrained and cool, fine vegetal and peppery aroma with restrained yellow fruity aromas and a hint of mushrooms. Firmly woven, perfectly dry fruit, nutty hints and slightly tobacco barrel tones, fine herbaceous-vegetable aromas on the palate, persistent, with restrained power, delicately creamy and fine acidity, light grip, some depth, a hint of pepper and clearly sesame in the background, still undeveloped, quite clearly mineral, hints of dark berries in the very good, firm, fine-juicy and tart-spicy finish.
