Quite cool, somewhat vegetal to herbal, almondy and hints of bacon core and stone fruit scent with a hint of black berries. Rather lean, not quite dry fruit with nuances reminiscent of cherries, lively acidity, light carbonic acid, has some grip, good persistence, salty tones, good to very good finish with delicate floral aromas.
