2018 Thüngersheim Ravensburg Scheurebe halbtrocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Fairly cool nose, tart vegetal notes, restrained yellow and green fruit aromas. Slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, elegant, lively acidity, delicate tannic grip, hint of grapefruit and some bitter notes of citrus peel that perfectly balance the sweetness, fairly persistent, earthy and mineral traces, hint of sugar candy, not particularly deep, but very meticulously crafted, good to very good finish.
