Translate to English Deutlich vegetabile und einen Hauch pilzige Nase mit etwas gelber Würze und gelbfruchtigen Noten. Süßliche Frucht, passende Säure, speckige und vegetabile Töne, etwas gewürzig am Gaumen, relativ feine Säure, ein wenig Gerbstoff-Griff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, angedeutet dunkle Beeren im Hintergrund, rauchige Noten, gewisse Mineralik, recht guter, wieder süßlicher Abgang.
