Lard, slightly toasted, smoky-woody and dried mushroom scent of black and red berries with yeasty and earthy notes. Ripe, juicy, quite sweet fruit, again smoky and nutty wood aromas, some chocolate and coffee, medium-fine mousseux, crumbly tannin, certain strength, good persistence, good, sweet-fruity and chocolaty roasted spicy finish
