Firm, nutty, finely vegetal and somewhat smoky nose with citrus and pome fruit aromas and a hint of mussel meat. Clear, polished, finely juicy fruit with light oak notes, a hint of smoke, nuts and vegetal flavours, good persistence, very fine acidity, certain power and smoothness, but also grip, chalky-salty notes in the background, good to very good, quite juicy and somewhat woody-spicy finish.
