Clear, quite polished nose of apples and pears with some root vegetables and chives. Finely juicy, cool, pure, quite dense fruit, nutty and vegetal flavours, chives again, very fine acidity, smoky hints, clear minerality, a hint of juniper, persistent, some depth, very good, grippy finish, again with rather dark spice. A lot of wine for the money.

Best to drink: Bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
