Yeasty and somewhat nutty aroma of ripe yellow fruit with herbal notes, some smoke and bacon as well as a hint of chanterelles. Ripe, juicy, slightly sweetish fruit, very fine acidity, some smoke and nutty flavours, herbal notes in the background, hints of black berries, fine grip, floral nuances, good persistence, very good, sweetish-juicy finish.
