Firm and quite deep, tart-vegetable aroma with restrained, bright yellow-fruity notes, smoky-reductive traces, some green olives, capers, blanched almonds and some minerality. Firmly woven, bright, tart-juicy fruit, delicately nutty and yeasty tones, vegetal aromas reminiscent of celery, quite dense and persistent on the palate, fine acidity and some grip, chalky-salty minerality, a hint of smoke, still young but already very nice to drink, has a certain elegance, peppery and delicately barrel-toned notes a hint of banana leaves, very good, firm, again rather cool finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
