2017 Randersacker Sonnenstuhl Silvaner Spätlese trocken Greif, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Slightly muted nose, hint of cereals, nutty, vegetal and earthy notes, yellow fruit, herbaceous traces. Ripe, juicy, spicy fruit on the palate, hint of tobacco and some yellow spice, some sugar candy, peppery traces, lively, elegant acidity, light tannic grip, good substance and persistence, creamy, but also has some bite, light nutty and delicate smoky notes, both light and dark mineral traces in the background, fairly concentrated, slightly creamy on a very good juicy, grippy finish.
