2016 Randersacker Sonnenstuhl Spätlese trocken Caractère, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Begetal nose, hint of bacon, peppery traces, pomaceous fruit, fairly prominent mineral notes. Bone dry, restrained fruit on the palate, light nutty oak, earthy and mineral notes, elegant acidity, light grip, peppery and dried vegetal traces, fairly persistent, good to very good tart finish.
