Translate to English Fest gewirkter, erdig-vegetabiler, leicht pfeffriger und angedeutet nussiger Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Aromen, Trockenkräutern und Pilzen. Reife, ganz trockene, recht saftige Frucht im Mund, vegetabile und etwas holzwürzige Aromen, nussig und ziemlich tabakig, nachhaltig am Gaumen, lebendige Säure und viel Gerbstoff-Griff, deutliche Mineralik im Hintergrund, erdig und salzig, speckige Nuancen, ein wenig Rauch, noch ziemlich jung, fester Bau, sehr guter Abgang.
