Cool, herbal to herbal and somewhat yeasty citrus nose with a hint of bacon. Quite juicy fruit with herbal, nutty yeasty and black berry notes, slightly smoky-bacon and mushroomy, fine, lively mousseux, some grip, good persistence, floral nuances, restrained dosage sweetness, toasty nuances in the background, oniony nuances, very good, juicy and spicy finish with grip.
