Yeasty, delicately nutty and a little floral aroma of pome fruits and red berries with mushrooms, a hint of tobacco and smoke. Ripe, juicy, yet dry fruit, yeasty, smoky and nutty tones, some brown butter and mushrooms, tobacco hints, fine tannin and mellow tannin, delicate ashy bitterness in the background, meaty traces, very good, tart, quite firm finish.
