2017 Brut Nature "avec pläsier - Le Grand Cuvée" (Deg.:03-2023), Franconia/Franken, Germany

Relatively cool, distinctly yeasty citrus pome fruit nose with fine herbal-vegetable aromas, nutty tones and a hint of butter. Fine, cool, tart fruit, nutty, herbaceous-vegetable and again delicately buttery aromas, very fine mousseux, good persistence, hints of floral on the palate, delicate ethereal spiciness, fine mushroomy tones, some depth, very good, fine-juicy and spicy finish with chalky nuances.
