2017 Brut Nature "avec pläsier - Le Grand Blanc" (Deg.:02-2023), Franconia/Franken, Germany

Cool, nutty, herbal and yeasty citrus pome fruit nose with smoky nuances and a hint of herbal mustard. Bone dry, cool, fine juicy fruit with nutty, herbal to yeasty flavours, a hint of butter on the palate, relatively fine mousseux and noticeable tannic grip, good persistence, smoky-woody hints, in the background, salt, very good, tart, spicy and grippy finish.
