Translate to English Fester, noch etwas verschlossener, deutlich vegetabiler Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen, leicht hefigen und rauchigen sowie erdig-mineralischen Noten. Reife, fast etwas warm wirkende Frucht mit hefigen und vegetabilen Aromen und süßlichem Schmelz, sehr feine, eher ruhige Säure, nachhaltig und griffig am Gaumen, gute Substanz, rauchige und erdig-mineralische Aromen, ganz leicht nussig, ein Hauch Kandis, sehr guter Abgang mit reifem, warmem Saft, einer Spur Butter und Würze.
