Translate to English Pflanzliche bis gemüsige und leicht kalkige, auch zart hefige Kernobstnase mit Zitrusnuancen. Kräftig und dabei recht kühl im Mund, hefig, kalkig-erdig und auch wieder vegetabil, nussige Anklänge, mürbe wirkende Frucht, sehr feine Säure, Schmelz am Gaumen, zart medizinale Töne, etwas Nachhaltigkeit, guter Abgang.
