Firm and quite deep, delicately smoky and clearly vegetal aroma with white, green and yellow fruit aromas, some elderflower, hints of black berries and minerality. Ripe, tightly knit, tangy fruit, herbal spice and again some smoke, chalky and salty minerality, very fine acidity and some grip of friable tannin, lasting, has power, woody tones in the background, a little ethereal, very good, firm, tangy finish with lots of herbal, again partly ethereal spice.
